Expanded St. Mutien Marie Scholarship Grant (Graduate)
Term 3, AY 2024-25
Important Notes for INCOMING APPLICANTS:
- The scholarship may be availed of by Filipino teachers and members of the academics or educational institution, members of the religious sector, and all graduate students enrolled in the Br. Andrew Gonzalez College of Education and in selected academic programs under the College of Liberal Arts, such as Theology and Religious Education, History, Philosophy, Philippine Studies, and Literature.
- Scholarship applications will only be accepted after the applicant completes the graduate application process for his/her desired degree program.
- Applicants are required to provide their application reference number upon submission of his/her complete scholarship application documents.
- The Scholarship is available only for Masters and Doctoral Programs.
- All new, incoming graduate students must be reminded that the application for scholarship is processed simultaneously with their application for admission to the graduate program.
- Fill out and upload the scanned copies of the following documents to the :
- ¿ªÔªÕæÈË Graduate Admission Application Form
- Passport size photo (3.5cm X 4.5cm)
- Certificate of Employment for Teachers and members of the academic institutions or Proof of Membership for the Religious Sector
- Letter of Endorsement from the Employer for Teachers and members of the academic institutions or a
- Letter of Endorsement from the Religious Order
- For current students in BAGCED and selected CLA programs, upload your previous term’s Enrollment Assessment Form and a Letter of Endorsement from the Department Chair
- Wait for the results via email.

NOTE:
- Submit all scanned copies of application documents via Google Form.
- Incomplete documents will not be processed.
- The Office of Admissions and Scholarships (OAS) reserves the right to decline applications that have not met the criteria set by the Office.
