St. La Salle Financial Assistance Grant forÌýCurrent Students
(Term 2, AY 2022-23)
¿ªÔªÕæÈË undergraduate students who failed to apply or were not granted a scholarship under the St. La Salle Financial Assistance Grant beginning first term of their freshman year may apply for scholarship appeal should they meet the following criteria:
- annual family income does not exceed Php 700,000.00;
- have completed one (1) term of enrollment;
- have no grades lower than 2.000 and a CGPA of at least 3.000 in the previous term prior to application;
- have no failing grades in any course; and
- have no major offense.
Current undergraduate St. La Salle Financial Assistance grantees with at least one (1) completed term who wish to apply for an upgrade of existing grant or appeal for approval of stipend/allowance shall also follow the scholarship appeal process.

Procedures
- Application period for scholarship appeal is from 15 October to 15 November 2022.
- Applicants must submit the accomplished Scholarship Appeal Application Form and required documents (properly labeled per page) throughÌý. All documents must be saved in one (1) continuous PDF file.
2.1. ÌýÌýFor first time applicants
- Download theÌýUndergraduate Scholarship Appeal Application Form;
- One (1) 2 x 2 colored photograph taken within the last three (3) months;
- Printed copy of grades from My La Salle (MLS) account;
- Recommendation letter from a ¿ªÔªÕæÈË faculty;
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from the Student Discipline Formation Office (SDFO);
- Narrative Letter (reason for applying for scholarship), addressed to Ms. Grichelle M. Prado, OAS Director
- Death Certificate (if primary reason for scholarship appeal is death of a family member);
- Medical Certificate/Abstract ( if primary reason for scholarship appeal is illness of a family member)
- Income Tax Return or Certificate of Employment and Compensation (if parents and other household members are employed), or BIR Certificate of Exemption from filing of Income Tax Return or Municipal Certificate of Unemployment (if parents are unemployed); and
- Photos of Family Residence– Colored 4R size of the following: façade of the house/front view, living room, kitchen, and bedroom); and
- Download theÌý
2.2. ÌýÌýFor current grantees
- Download theÌýUndergraduate Scholarship Appeal Application Form;
- One (1) 2 x 2 colored photograph taken within the last three (3) months;
- Printed copy of grades from My La Salle (MLS) account;
- Recommendation letter from a ¿ªÔªÕæÈË faculty;
- Certificate of Good Moral Character from the Student Discipline Formation Office (SDFO);
- Letter addressed to the OAS DirectorÌý stating the reasons for request for upgrade of grant or appeal for stipend/allowance noted by Parent-on-Record;
- Death Certificate (if primary reason for scholarship appeal is death of a family member);
- Medical Certificate/Abstract ( if primary reason for scholarship appeal is illness of a family member)
- Computation of Monthly Transportation and Meal Allowance (if appealing Ìýfor stipend/allowance upgrade)
- Latest Income Tax Return or Certificate of Employment and Compensation (if parents and other household members are employed), or BIR Certificate of Exemption from filing of Income Tax Return or Municipal Certificate of Unemployment (if parents are unemployed);
- Photos of Family Residence– Colored 4R size of the following: façade of the house/front view, living room, kitchen, and bedroom); and
- Download theÌýVicinity Map Form.
- Applicants may be called for an interview if needed.
- The percentage/amount of financial grant to be awarded to the applicant shall be determined based on the financial need of the student and the availability of scholarship slot/budget.
- Applicants will be informed of the application result through email.
Note: Incomplete Documents will not be processed
