Germilina Mendoza Santos (Mimi) is an art professional and educator with a background in Fine Arts and Museum Studies, curatorship & art management, collections care, publications and the academe. She has experienced working in diverse cultural conditions and people, preparing curatorial projects and events initiated by government, embassies, corporate, the academe, non-profit organizations and private individuals. Since 1994, her involvement in museums and art galleries includes coordination, concept development, research, exhibition design, execution of art exhibitions, handling of art objects that involve cataloguing and condition report, packing and transport of artworks, storage, museum and gallery upkeep, logistics and administration. As an educator, she teaches subjects such as Arts and Culture Seminar Course, Curation, Art Appreciation, Contemporary Art from the Regions at the 开元真人Taft, and Silliman University in Dumaguete, City. From 2009-2019, as Managing Curator of the NCCA Gallery under the National Commission for Culture and the Arts, she developed and established the curatorial management of the gallery; where she also curated, collaborated, organized, managed more than a hundred art exhibitions, and published exhibition catalogues.
