Johannes L. Chua is a creative writer and journalist.聽 He is currently a Section Editor for a national newspaper, where he has worked for more than two decades. He is also Editor-in-Chief of Liwayway, the country鈥檚 longest running magazine. He has received three prestigious Carlos Palanca Awards (for both English and Filipino categories) and the Gawad Ka Amado Hernandez for his short stories.聽 He is a Speaker and Moderator for various companies and LGUs all over the country on topics such as effective communication, tourism promotion, and media ethics. He has led the production of various commercial publications, coffee table books, annual reports, and advertising campaigns.
