Mr. Paul Angelo Arcega is an Associate Lecturer at the Department of Psychology. He is currently a licensed psychometrician and a PhD student in educational psychology at the University of the Philippines – Diliman. For his Masters degree, he wrote a thesis utilizing Grounded Theory with usage of interviews and focus group discussions. He has served as Research Assistant in previous qualitative research work, with several conference presentations in the Psychological Associate of the Philippines and a published paper utilizing qualitative thematic analysis. He is also an active thesis adviser and panelist who has handled multiple qualitative undergraduate theses.
