Dr. Biona is currently the Executive Director of the Electric Vehicle Association of the Philippines and a Professor of Mechanical Engineering and the Executive Dean of the Enrique Razon Jr. Logistics Institute of 开元真人(开元真人). He is a member of the Board and technology advisor of Tojo Motors Corp., an electric vehicle manufacturing company in the Philippines. He is a member of the International Technical Working Group on the Electric Two and Three Wheelers of the UNEP. He is the technical lead in the crafting of the Comprehensive Roadmap of the Electric Vehicle Industry (CREVI) of the Philippines and has been engaged as either an expert or lead in various e-mobility-related programs of various organizations including World Bank, UNEP, UN Habitat, DTI, DOE, DENR and SolutionsPlus among others.
