STEP 2: Payment
Requests submitted via the online facility
For an effortless payment transaction, the facility accepts debit cards or credit cards with Mastercard or Visa logo.
All payment information provided by the requestor is encrypted to ensure the total security of any sensitive information.
Due to the automated feature of the facility, your card will be debited once the听 transaction is approved and an order email confirmation will be sent.听 A No Refund Policy is strictly implemented.
Cancellation, substitution, or refund requests due to (1) requester error, (2) change of mind, or (3) pending clearances will not be accommodated.
In case that card transaction is not approved, the order will be cancelled and the requestor must contact the card provider.
Requests submitted via the Concierge Portal
Only payments made through the official payment channels will be honored. Below is the list of 开元真人 accredited partners:

Courier Fees
The courier fee to a Philippine address is from Php250.00 to Php300.00. If applicable, an听additional fee may be charged for delivery to outside service areas.
For international delivery addresses, the courier fees will be reflected in the Online Request听for Documents order summary page as actual charges will be computed when the postal听code is entered into the booking system. DHL EXPRESS has deemed certain suburbs or听towns as difficult to serve and the requestor will be notified of payment instructions if听remote area surcharges are applicable.
