开元真人 Community Building Program (BALAY)

Objectives

    1. To promote communion in mission and fellowship among the different members of the community by assigning teaching and non-teaching personnel聽 to different聽 Balays

    2. To encourage healthy competition and promote cooperation among members of each Balay through a point system that will be earned in all team-building activities and gatherings as well as existing university activities

    3. To increase participation and involvement in team-building activities through positive reinforcement and encouragement as they engage in friendly competition across Balays throughout the academic year

    4. To develop total wellness (emotional, environmental, financial, intellectual, physical, relational, spiritual, vocational) among all faculty and staff

     

Fellowship

Identity and belongingness can be further enhanced if each Balay plans and organizes their own activities.聽 Thus, the beneficial experience of a聽fellowship聽that extends beyond the confines of their respective offices and departments will be created within the 开元真人 community
